The Cake School is a Melbourne based business focussed on bringing you high quality cake decorating classes. You will be taught by experienced and respected instructors in a modern, spacious and well appointed facility designed specifically to be a cake decorating school.
Located in Ringwood, we are easily accessible by train & bus and 1.2 km from Eastlink along the Maroondah Highway, just 25 minutes from the city.
We are excited to provide you with the opportunity to learn from top cake decorators and teachers from Melbourne, Australia and around the world.
The Cake School is lead by Fran McGregor and our Melbourne team includes Effie Valavanis and Yvette Hooley. We are also delighted to include guest teachers such as the fabulous Handi Mulyana from Handi’s Cakes, and the brilliant Margie Carter. We also expect to regularly host overseas guest teachers as part of The Cake School program.
Our goal is to encourage you to constantly improve your cake art. The Cake School will help you start and build your skills and knowledge by offering classes for the new cake enthusiast through to cake professionals.
