Fran McGregor
Fran McGregor began her love of cakes early on in life. Encouraged by a kind and generous Nanna, she learnt to love baking and decorating as a small child and with a passion for art and design, turned her skills to cake art after the birth of her daughter in 1997.
Since then Fran has created countless wedding and celebration cakes for clients around Melbourne and in 2009, began her teaching career by opening and running the successful Melbourne based school of one of Australia’s premier Cake decorating companies. After leaving this role in 2010, Fran has been inundated with requests to teach again and decided to set up her own school.
She now offers classes in modern cake art, in a fun, friendly and professional environment. With the help and support of her brilliant staff, she hopes to share her love of all things cake with her students.
