We are in the process of scheduling our classes for 2012, and we have a number of wonderful guest teachers due to arrive in the next few months along with our own series of classes.

Handi Mulyana is arriving in May for 3 classes, all of which are now open for bookings.  Once again Handi will be teaching his very popular Sugar Stiletto. A wonderful class which teaches students some basic styrofoam modelling as well as the correct internal armature to support a high heel.  This class is run over two mornings and is a heap of messy fun!

We will also be treated to Handi’s Sugar Flower class and his famous Double Barrel.  Both classes are extremely popular and students will learn tricks and tips from Handi’s bottomless pit of cake art knowledge.
